Five A Day

You've been exiled to a private island, and your captors will only supply you with five foods. What do you pick?
Pasta - I know, it's boring but I just like plain pasta and cheese. I love the idea of having something simple and tasty at the same time. This would be one of the things I would take because it would be nice and it would stop me from being hungry. W-O-W, that was a really good explanation.

Jolly Ranchers - I've only tried these once, because they are American and I live in New Zealand, but I really liked them. I would take them with me because sometimes when I'm alone I get really peckish and I just want a small snack, and they're also delicious. My favourite are the blue raspberry ones, but I haven't tried the others, so I guess it would be a new experience as well.

Blue Berries - First of all, blue berries can be kept fresh for quite a long time, and second of all I know that they contain an acid that can help prevent cancer. They also have a lot of antioxidants and they are really good for you. So, in a way, blue berries are the BEST food that you could take to a deserted island.

Carrot - I would take carrots because then I would be able to see things at night, and then I would be able to see my Jolly Ranchers when I wake up hungry in the middle of the night. I also quite like carrots, so everything works out.

So, that's what I would take on a deserted island; food-wise. What would you take?

Idyllic

What would your ideal community look like?
I think my ideal community would be a very green place, there would be lots of trees and the air would seem somewhat clean. There would be lots of children running around on fresh cut grass and everyone would know each other, when they pass each other in the street, they'd say "Hi." In my ideal community their would be a lot of friendships and special bonds.

My community would have lots of shared values within it. For example everyone would be cheerful and happy, when they meet each other in the street they will smile. It would also be full of people with empathy, and people who support each other. Everyone would be honest when they need to, but also be able to crack a joke.

All of the houses in my community would be unique. I, myself, want to become an architect someday, maybe then this dream community will become a reality. It would be important to me that the houses all reflect on the owners' personalities. For example if someone is quite quirky or colourful, they would have a house that stands out from the rest. Maybe, it's a weird shape or a bright colour, whatever it is that makes each house different. So, what would your ideal community look like?

Judgement Day

If you were to judge your favourite book by it's cover would you still read it?
My favourite book is, of course, Girl Online by Zoe Sugg. This is the most amazing book I have ever read, the twists are so unexpected and everything just works. This is an extremely good take on the youth of today, and how a good situation can turn around in the blink of an eye.

I think that I would still read it if I was judging it by it's cover. The cover is neat, bright and pretty, and I think it would be something that I would chose of the shelf in a book store. I can see by the front that it is not a book about anything spooky or frightening and that's not what I'm interested in. So, do you think you would still read your favourite book if you judged it by it's cover?

Meeting My Idol

On Friday 20 March 2015 I met Miranda Sings. There is not enough joy in the world to express how happy that makes me. Miranda Sings is an extremely popular YouTuber with over 3 million subscribers. You could say that you don't get it or that she's not funny, but that doesn't bother me. I think she's funny and she helped me through a pretty tough time in my life. She was a character who was made to be hated, made by Colleen Ballinger (Miranda's alter ego). She makes me smile every single day and I hope she continues to make YouTube videos. These are the pictures from the show:

I was going to go to the show with my mum but she asked me if I wanted to take Moggie at the last minute. I said yes, originally thinking it was the best idea, and I did have the time of my life, but I did miss her.

In most of these photos I look scared or sad, this is because I was crying VERY hard. I was in shock for the whole night because I couldn't believe that Miranda Sings was actually stood right next to me, but all in all it was an excellent and hilarious show. I recommend that you subscribe to both channels and start your amazing Ballinger journey right now.
